The aim of this work is to prepare dental nursing students go on work placement,to develop a guideline for it this dissertation need to analysis the factors that effect the successful work placement(from both internal and external).
The essay should be divided into:

Induction
critical analysis
REFLECTION
conclusion and recommendation
As this is a work based course and the title of this module is called: Reflective and critical practice,so it is very important to use recognized reflective tool,e.g.Gibbs reflective cycle to demonstrate how is theory worked on reality.
